In the month that hosts Valentine’s Day, there can be a lot of loving up others. This month, we invite you to gift yourself a loving experience of listening in and creating in sacred communal circle. You will come away with your own Greet your Wild Heart card; a powerful, visual reminder of your Wild Heart’s call to treasure and grow from.
What we’ll be doing
Join us for an interactive experience of meditation, reflection, journaling, poetry, drawing, painting, music and somatic release to access your heart’s inner wisdom with intention.
You will be creating a Greet your Wild Heart card using watercolor paper and paints. This card is to serve as a powerful, visual reminder of your Wild Heart’s call.
No artist experience necessary! Creativity in this space is about creating, not about artistic talent or genius. Bring your willingness to play and explore with kind curiosity!
We’ll be gathering on a Zoom call. A link will be provided 24 hours before the playshop. This is a live, interactive experience.
