5-minute creative retreats
Time to pause, claim space for yourself and create. Tap into the natural creative energy and power that is within you. No artist skills or experience required! This is a creative process using inquiry, drawing with pencil and painting with watercolor in a mixed media journal. You can use whatever you have at hand. A pen and back of an envelope works just as well. Let the critic have a seat on the couch. The purpose is to invigorate your senses and thinking. This practice is based on the inquiry: How am I connected to earth? Love to hear how the experience was for you! Share via chatelle@kellestudio.com
Guided metacognitve drawing

Wisdom Tree: Forest of Delight
Welcome to a virtual sanctuary for painting, self-expression
and inner transformation.
Join us; Chatelle Jeram and Marnie Dangerfield; on an Adventure in Creativity! We are your sanctuary guides.
This is a journey of poetry, symbolism, scientific snippets and painting to uncover the secrets underground, within and around us. What is known to you, yet not currently visible? What might be revealed beyond the misty vale? Come adventure with us into the forest of imagination.
We invite you to take up paintbrushes and canvas on a journey to connect to earth wisdom and your innate creativity. You are invited to join us in this creative sanctuary space connecting with the trees, the earth and you.
What will you grow this season?
No need for any artistic ‘talent’ or training. All you need is you and willingness to explore with kindness and compassion with pens, journal, paint and canvas. Join us in the virtual forest sanctuary as a co-creator on this journey with us. You matter! You belong! You are an important part of this co-creation and virtual ecosystem.
While this will be taking place virtually, we will be introducing practices to ground and connect you with nature near you, your physical space and place.
Each of us is an important piece in the ecosystem where we live. Creating from a space of knowing that you belong, you matter and you have your own information to access, and have fun while doing it!
You are a creative being. You are here. You are creative. Every decision you make is a form of your creative expression. How about choosing to adventure with us?
If you missed the first session you can still sign up to receive the recordings of the painting process and you have the opportunity to create a painting to submit to the MotherTree Art Call. You are very welcome to join us live for sessions 2 and 3.

Did we mention we’ll have fun while doing it too?!
There is much happening in the world. So much information and distractions pulling our attention and energy in so many directions. It can be hard to focus and to connect to what really matters to you, to your heart wisdom and to make choices from a rooted, resilient and aware self. What might happen if you allowed this time to pause, to kindly inquire and to reconnect to you and the wisdom of the Earth?
This is a space of care and nurturing for you. A place to pause and listen to your hearts voice. A space to practice embodied presence while allowing your muse to take the paintbrush. (The inner critic is lovingly offered a break).
What is Intentional Creativity®?
Intentional Creativity is simply mindfully making art with loving intention. Intentional Creativity includes an approach to painting on canvas where we use inquiries to open an inner portal to access what we know. We access this information in real time whilst moving the paint brush on the canvas. Images created on the canvas are often abstract, representing our stories, beliefs and hopes. The painting process often reveals information that we may not have been aware of or focused on previously. This arising awareness opens the door to possibilities, where we can step into the power of conscious choice, choosing what we do next.
The Intentional Creativity painting methodology offers a reflection of how you are living, thinking and being, and gifts you the sovereignty to decide how you move forward.
